Is OneBiz free for customers?
Yes. Searching, comparing, reading reviews, messaging a business and making a booking are always free for customers. These plans are only for businesses that want to be listed and receive enquiries.
Why does the price differ by industry?
One enquiry is not worth the same to a migration agent as to a barber. Rather than charge everyone the same and price small local businesses out, we group categories into three bands and price each band for what work in it is actually worth.
Do the prices include GST?
Yes. Every price shown is in Australian dollars and includes GST. You get a tax invoice for each payment.
What happens after the free trial?
Every business gets 30 days free when it joins. Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed to start. When it ends you pick a plan — your listing stays up, but plan features such as extra enquiries and featured placement stop until you do.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep what you bought until then.
What if my prices go up later?
They don't, for you. The price you sign up at is recorded on your subscription and kept. A rise only ever applies to new signups.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There's no minimum term and no exit fee — month-to-month, or yearly if you want two months free.
